Lighting Collective is a collective organization founded in Istanbul in 2020, comprised of members specializing in lighting design, planning, and automation.
Offering brand-independent lighting design and consulting services, aiming for high-quality lighting, and consisting of young professionals each specializing in different fields, Collective serves as a collaborative platform between different disciplines to plan better lighting from every perspective.

Lighting Collective, which prioritizes quality over quantity, has a unique identity. This identity has been formed and shaped by the technical, academic, and artistic contributions of each member of the Collective. With this identity, Lighting Collective aims to promote the widespread use of high-quality lighting.
To this end, each member has adopted the principle of improving, enhancing, and advancing the use and quality of lighting through a shared design language.

Lighting Collective is not a privately owned company or a purely profit-driven business. It has a horizontally hierarchical structure where experience, success, and merit are prioritized, and a production philosophy centered on quality design. This structure, where each member earns equally in proportion to their work, aims to create a new trend in the lighting industry.

The design phases of projects require detailed analyses and predictions for seamless planning of color and harmony, assembly and site conditions, automation, and potential scenarios. This process necessitates collaboration among experts from different professional fields.
