Lighting Collective is a collective organization founded in Istanbul in 2020, comprised of members specializing in lighting design, planning, and automation.

Collective is a brand-independent lighting design and consulting service provider, committed to quality lighting and comprised of young professionals each specializing in different fields. It serves as a collaborative platform across various disciplines to plan better lighting from every perspective.

PURPOSE

Lighting Collective, which prioritizes quality over quantity, has a unique identity. This identity has been formed and shaped by the technical, academic, and artistic contributions of each member of the Collective. With this identity, Lighting Collective aims to promote the widespread use of high-quality lighting.

To this end, each member has adopted the principle of improving, enhancing, and advancing the use and quality of lighting through a common design language.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Lighting Collective is not a privately owned company or a purely profit-driven business. It has a horizontally hierarchical structure where experience, success, and merit are prioritized, and a production philosophy centered on quality design. This structure, where each member earns equally in proportion to their labor, aims to create a new trend in the lighting industry.

Collective differs from other companies that use project and design achievements or awards in the market solely to promote the company's or a boss's name. This system offers a work environment that eliminates labor exploitation and makes the design process more motivating, efficient, productive, and high-quality for its members.

The design phases of projects require detailed analyses and predictions for seamless planning of color and harmony, assembly and site conditions, automation, and potential scenarios.
